Returns

Re_find Preloved hand selects quality goods in new, excellent & great condition. Anything sighted will always be noted on descriptions and shown in accompanying images.

Due to the nature of preloved and recycled/upcycled items, there can sometimes be slight signs of wear.  Agreeing to a purchase indicates that you have read & agree to the description & viewed images in full.

We take the upmost care however ownus in in the purchasers hands.

Sorry, no returns.

Exchanges only within 20 days, credits valid for 3 months.

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
